TSM offers the professional athlete a
complete, high-quality resource for player development, placement, and
management on an international scale. In an increasingly competitive and
complex environment, the professional athlete needs ready access to
advice that is both knowledgeable and practical. Accordingly, the
professional athlete needs expert advice from those who know the
intricacies of their industry and know how to utilize that knowledge to
insure success for the athlete. We provide complete management services
to our clientele with honesty, loyalty, creativity and professionalism.
We render these services with prompt, meticulous attention to detail
while maintaining a close, interpersonal relationship with our clients.
We operate on a simple, yet powerful maxim: The needs of the individual
client come first. We believe that complete and comprehensive management
services include counseling in both the sports and business aspects of
our clients' lives. In keeping with this approach, we make our personal
services accessible to our clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
MEET THE FOUNDERS

Roget V. Bryan, Esq.
President / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Roget V. Bryan, Esq. is the President/CEO
and one of the co-founders of TiDi Sports Management, L.L.C. Mr. Bryan
was raised in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, where he excelled in
both soccer and track and field. While in secondary school in Trinidad,
he earned national track and field honors in the 1500m. He obtained his
Undergraduate degree in History from Tufts University in Massachusetts,
U.S.A., where he earned distinction in both men's indoor and outdoor
track and field from 1991-1993. He went on to Florida State University
in Tallahassee, Florida where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree and
his Master's degree in International Affairs. Mr. Bryan is currently a
licensed attorney in Miami, Florida where he practices law and runs the
day to day operations of TSM.
Mr. Bryan utilizes his legal and business
expertise in contract negotiations, business planning, scouting,
marketing, and strategic consulting for TSM and its clients. |

Andy B. Salandy
Vice President / Director of Scouting & Client Relations
Andy B. Salandy is the Vice-President and
one of the co-founders of TiDi Sports Management, LLC. Born and raised in the
Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, he has enjoyed a distinguished and
decorated soccer career. While in secondary school in Trinidad, he was
the captain of perennial national soccer champions, St. Augustine Senior
Comprehensive, during his senior year, leading the "Green Machine" to
league and intercollegiate honors in 1985. He went on to Appalachian
State University (ASU) in North Carolina, U.S.A., on a full athletic
scholarship, where he obtained his Undergraduate and Master's degrees in
Biology. While at ASU, he served as Captain of the Men's Varsity Soccer
team from 1988-90, earning 1st team All-Conference honors in the
process. He was voted MVP of the Southern Conference tournament in 1990
and won prestigious 1st Team All-South honors during the same year. Mr.
Salandy currently holds the record for the most games played in the
history of Appalachian State University Soccer. He finished his
collegiate soccer career as a three-time academic All-American and the
ASU career record holder in games played. He went on to play
semi-professional soccer in the USISL with the Chattanooga Express,
starting every game as sweeper/marking back from 1994-1995.
Mr. Salandy currently serves as the Director of Scouting & Client
Relations for TSM. He is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he
is a youth coach at the Triad International Soccer Academy. |

Darin Roberts
Director of Sales and Marketing
Darin Roberts, was raised in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, where he excelled as a leader in community development and showed the initial signs of his gift of motivational speaking and personal development training. He attended Pace University in New York where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). While at Pace University he cultivated a passion for business development, which launched him on a long and successful career as an analyst for several highly successful Fortune 500 organizations on Wall Street. He has since formed his own Technical Consulting Company, where he continued his representation of corporate giants. Mr. Roberts headed the launch and marketing efforts of major companies in the Telecommunication and Distribution industries and most recently obtained executive status with a leading Health and Nutrition organization. He is also President and co-founder of Into the Ark Foundation, where he continues to foster his passion for the growth and achievement of others.
Mr. Roberts currently serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at TSM. He brings with him a wealth of corporate management and marketing experience. He is based in New York City where he lives with his wife and two sons (future leaders of TSM).
